I enjoyed my stay during a very challenging weather week in Memphis. The front desk staff were quick to check us in, although not the friendliest. The rooms were very clean, although they could really use better lighting. I loved the balcony. The breakfast was fantastic, well stocked with a nice variety of food. While we were there the trolley was not working due to bad weather, but it was an easy 15 min walk to Beale Street. I would definitely stay here again.

Michael was awesome! Thanks. He was so friendly every interaction we had. The hotel staff was all friendly and the rooms were nice. The location was great. We would stay here again for sure. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Staff also was willing to give us information on traveling while there!

So far the stay has been wonderful. Check in was smooth, breakfast was tasty and valet was quick, polite and very efficient. Property was clean . All of the staff has been great. Michael provided excellent service! He’s a keeper. Would stay here again if business brings me back here.

I dug to find a Marriott property in Memphis that had good reviews. This was the best of those and even then, we reluctantly stayed. It was just ok. Official room photos always mislead and, as suspected, this place needs a major refresh. …

Moxys valet , amazing team...special shout out to Michael who went above and beyond during storm Heather! Cleared off snow and ice and dug out car every time. Would definitely recommend using Moxys for your Memphis stay. Nice hotel, close to Beale st. Great staff.

We stayed here on a Southern trip. Located in downtown Memphis it was right in the center of things. Room was spacious and comfortable. Valet parking was reasonable. Staff was very helpful. Small fridge in the room. Free breakfast included.

The staff are friendly the rooms are clean and comfy. The staff make you feel so welcomed they also help you with your bags with no hesitation. When you’re ready for your car it’s right on time no more than 5 minutes.
